D-Dub: 09FEB09

Just went to the gym:
50 - Some walking lunges with 30lbs. dumbells above head
25 - Russian twists (ab work out like in Rocky IV)
35 - Pull-Ups (broken up)
Some leg raises
Some dips
3 sets of Arnold Shoulder Presses

Tompaine did four hours of MMA style training
